This page explains in plain language what data may be processed when you contact SKI</>CODE and what rights you have.

We may process the data you provide when contacting us: your name, email address, company name, estimated budget, project description and subsequent correspondence. Please do not provide special-category data or information that is not needed to discuss the project.
3. How the form works
The website form does not store data in a SKI</>CODE database. The button prepares a message in your email application. It is sent only after you approve it in that application.
4. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal, take steps before entering into a contract and continue correspondence. The legal bases are steps taken at your request before a contract and our legitimate interest in handling enquiries and protecting legal claims.
5. Recipients
Data may be processed by email, hosting and technical service providers only to the extent required to operate communication and the website. We do not sell data or use it for automated decision-making.
6. Retention
We retain correspondence for the time needed to handle the enquiry and any cooperation, and subsequently for the period needed to establish, pursue or defend legal claims, unless a longer period is required by law.
7. Your rights

The current website does not use advertising cookies or profiling tools. If consent-based analytics is introduced later, this policy will be updated and an appropriate choice mechanism will be provided.
